Excellent staff, English speaking Sales Manager, Free shuttle service, Superb dinner and breakfast, Large variety of food in buffet, Nice outdoor hot spring bath, Amazing view from onsen, Huge Japanese style room, Clean and comfortable rooms.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The free Wi-Fi here worked like a charm 📶. They had a wide variety of options in the buffet breakfast. the room was a great deal for the price. We absolutely adored our stay here!

During my recent stay at a resort in Gero, I was truly impressed by the onsen experience. The outdoor hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing, allowing me to soak in the warm water while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Additionally, the second-floor bath provided a cozy and peaceful ambiance. It felt like a mini escape to a wet sauna.

Had a great time staying this Christmas. The outdoor onsen was amazing, enjoyed the snow and the beautiful view while relaxing in the hot spring. The buffet dinner was fantastic, a lot of international and local options to choose from. The hotel provides free shuttle service, which was very helpful for us to explore the town during our stay.
The indoor onsen needs to be renovated, it was not clean and needs to be maintained better. , the room was outdated, the furniture was damaged and the walls had stains.

Nestled on a hillside near the town center, this onsen hotel offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a beautiful view of the surroundings from the balcony. the friendly and helpful staff ensured that all of our needs were met, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.
The hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms, so there was a slight odor in the air. they provided an ionizer air cleaner and a dehumidifier which helped to minimize the smell.

We enjoyed the lovely balcony with a view of the city from our huge Japanese-style room. The shuttle bus to and from the train station was convenient. The dinner and breakfast buffets were superb with a wide variety of dishes. In addition, the onsen on the 8th floor with its outdoor section had an amazing view.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel on a hill. The location provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The shuttle service was a convenient way to explore the nearby attractions and easily access the train station. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the Sales Manager, who spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh crab. the service and quality of this place were top-notch.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was situated in a serene location and had both indoor and outdoor hot springs. the rooms were clean and had a balcony with a picturesque view. the staff was helpful and gave us directions to nearby attractions.
The room was slightly small and the bathroom was cramped. the lift system was slow, and we had to wait for it to arrive multiple times.
